We are writing to formally inform you of an upcoming price adjustment for our Liquid Crystal Module (LCM) product lines, Effective Date: April 25, 2026

The global electronics supply chain has recently encountered unprecedented challenges. Despite our continuous efforts to optimize production efficiency and absorb rising costs internally,the surge in raw material prices has reached a level that can no longer be offset.The primary drivers for this adjustment include:

•    Controller IC & Driver ICs(+20%~35%):Significant capacity constraints in wafer foundries and

the shift toward higher-end nodes have led to a sharp increase in semiconductor components.

•    PCB has increased 35%: Due to the rising costs of copper-clad laminate (CCL) substrates and

the significant price hike in Electroless Nickel Immersion Gold (ENIG) processing.

•    Glass Substrates has increased 20%:Rising energy costs and high prices have triggered multiple

price hikes from materials manufacturers.

•    Backlight Units has increased 15%:Fluctuations in crude oil prices have directly impacted the cost

The Price Adjustment Details:Consistent with current market trends,the unit price will be adjusted by 10% to 15%, depending on the specific model and technical requirements.

Transition Period:

•    All orders confirmed before April 25,2026 will be honored at the current pricing.

•    New quotations issued after April 25,2026 will reflect the updated pricing.

•    You are requested to send us RFQ then determine the purchased price
