BG12864B 是一款單色 128×64 圖形 LCD 顯示模組，採用晶片封裝（COB）製程，並配有金屬框架。
內建控制器 ST7920 或等效控制器，支援 128×64 點陣圖形模式、16×16 點陣繁體／簡體中文字模式，或 8×16 點陣 ASCII 模式。另可選配溫度補償電路。
模組尺寸為 (93×70) 毫米，顯示區域為 (72×40) 毫米。
支援 5V 電源供應，亦提供 3V 電壓選項。
